Displays

We will be sending you the exact displays that you need to display your choice of packs, along with trays and rolls at no extra cost.

Graphics

We are offering bespoke graphics to fit your window displays and cabinets, simply let us know your dimensions and we’ll send you your graphics, normally within 3 weeks.

Merchandising and training

To increase efficiency and lower our carbon footprint we are reducing our store visits to around one per year. We believe that we can offer just as a good a service using technology at a fraction of the cost. We will therefore be updating this website with plenty of training hints and tips and visual merchandising planograms, images for social media and lots more.

Why can’t I order the product I want?

In order to ensure that we are telling our brand story effectively we have taken steps to ensure that our jewellery is presented in a cohesive way as a part of complete collections. These steps include only selling collections in packs. Therefore, if you would like to offer, for example a Dune pendant, that product can only be ordered as a part of the entire Dune collection. Whilst this may appear restrictive we feel that it will ensure that our brand is presented as it is intended to be and so result in increased sales over time.

If you would like to place a special order for a customer request that is outside your pack offering, then that’s fine please just drop us an email to lovepearls@jerseypearl.com and we’ll get that sorted asap.

How do I organise returns?

Please pop an email to lovepearls@jerseypearl.com with the Sku code of the product you’re retuning and why it’s being returned, we’ll reply within 2 working days with a Return Authorisation Number. Please include this on a note that you send with the return.

We will aim to confirm the return and the plan for fixing, replacing or refunding the return within two weeks, and action the return within a further two weeks. However, we will endeavour to be quicker than this.
